Introduction:
TR110 portable surface roughness tester is dedicated to measuring the parts to be machined surface roughness of a novel intelligent detection instrument. The apparatus sets the microprocessor technology and sensor technology in one, with advanced microprocessor and preferably highly integrated circuit design, which adapt to the development trend of ultra small instrument system structure, complete the roughness parameter acquisition, processing and display of the work. TR110 surface roughness tester is suitable for a variety of processing machine parts, machinery manufacturing, testing, inspection and other departments, especially for large working piece and production lines of on-site inspection, and testing, measurement, commodity inspection departments outside verification.

Roughness meter Universal definition:
¡ñ Surface roughness: refers to the processing surface with small spacing and the peaks and valleys in the composition of the microscopic geometry features.
¡ñ Sampling length lambda C: used to distinguish with the surface roughness characteristics of a baseline length.
¡ñ Evaluation length: evaluation of contour to a length, which may include one or several sampling length.
¡ñ Arithmetical mean deviation of the profile of Ra: in sampling length within the contour offset arithmetic average
¡ñ Root-mean-square deviation of the profile of Rq: in a sampling length within the ordinate value RMS value
¡ñ Maximum height of the profile of Rz ( ISO ): in a sampling length, maximum peak high Rp and maximum contour valley deep Rv and height;
¡ñ Peak valley total height Rt: in the evaluation of length within the maximum peak high and deep valley and the maximum contour.
